The Neil McCover Memorial Half Marathon was organised in dedication to the memory of
the Kirkintilloch Olympians chairman who tragically died in a traffic accident. All profits will
go to local charities.
Neil McCover Memorial Half Marathon Route
Using the route of the Luddon Half Marathon, previously run in the 1980s, this is race is
exected to be fast.
The race starts and finishes in Woodhead Park. The route will pass through Milton of Campsie,
Lennoxtown, Torrance and Lenzie, letting runner enjoy some of the fantastic scenery of East Dunbartonshire.
