The EMF Edinburgh Half Marathon was first run in 2010. It has quickly become a
popular event now attracting over 12,000 participants. Similar to the 2020 race, the 2021 half marathon
has been affected by Coronavirus restrictions and replaced with a virtual event.
EMF Edinburgh Virtual Half Marathon Route
Runners are asked to run at the same time as that planned for the in-person race. All participant will receive an
information pack, including helpful training advice. After declaring their result, each finisher will receive a
finisher's pack, including a medal and a t-shirt.
