The inaugural Cambridge Half Marathon took place in 2012. It has grown in size
ever since.
Cambridge Half Marathon Route
Runners follow a one-lap course starting from Victoria Avenue, next to Jesus Green. They will run
through the centre of Cambridge, through the grounds of St John's College & Trinity College,
passing King's College, Queen's College, Corpus Christi College and Fitzwilliam Museum.
The route then heads out of the city, along Barton Road. This takes runners
through Granchester, passing the Cambridge Distillery, St Mary and St Michael Church and
Cambridge University Botanical Gardens before returning to the city centre for the final 2 miles,
passing the Round Church and through the grounds of King's College & Jesus College on the way to the finish line.
