The 4 Castles Challenge Half Marathon is organised by Sporting Events UK.
4 Castles Challenge Half Marathon Route
Starting at Deal Pier, runners follow a scenic course close to the Kent coast. After passing by the ruins of Sandown Castle, a former
16th century artillery fort, they pass Deal Castle, where some runners enjoy taking selfies. From there, the route continues towards,
and through, the grounds of Walmer Castle before continuing on to the finish line at the final fortess, Dover Castle.
